When The Impact Seat’s founder, Barbara Clarke, invested in Tivic Health, she invested in a strong, female-led company run by CEO and Co-Founder Jennifer Ernst, Ernst’s unified team, and their life-changing medical innovation. We’re so proud to announce that Tivic Health has been listed on the NASDAQ under the ticker “TVIC”, which will further allow the accessibility and advancement of their bioelectric medicines.
Tivic plans on using proceeds to expand its clinical research and development activities to identify and validate new product candidates, move them through pre-clinical and clinical development, and develop go-to-market strategies. Additionally, Tivic Health intends to use proceeds to support the launch of the next generation of ClearUP and ClearUP Gen 2, (which provides sinus relief), and plans to use the balance for general working capital.
Tivic Health’s successful exit further demonstrates The Impact Seat’s winning strategy of investing in diverse-led innovative tech startups that provide solutions to the world’s most pressing problems. We’re honored to have been a part of this exit via our partners Astia and Portfolia. We couldn’t be more thrilled that Tivic Health is taking a huge leap forward in both public investment and impact.
